IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- Customs offices may hold packages, causing potential delays.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost; these are the buyer's responsibility.
- Customs charges are beyond the Seller's control. Your country's tax laws apply, and it is unfair to expect the US Seller to cover these charges.
- Marking "Gift" on customs forms to evade taxes is a serious offense; Sellers cannot comply.
- Customs clearance may cause delays, and charges vary; research your laws to avoid surprises.
DELIVERY PROCESS:
- If unavailable during delivery, a notice with pick-up details will be left at the local post office. It is a buyer responsibility to pick the package from local post office or schedule redelivery.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research your laws and know import regulations.
- Communicate with the Seller for problem resolution.
- Taxes can range from 0%-30%, varying by customs.
